"Sometimes it takes leaving the country to meet the one who had been sitting next to you all along. Sometimes it takes palm trees, warm beaches and a ukulele to make a heart fall in love. That’s exactly what it took for Emily and Seth. They were both enrolled in the nursing program at Georgia Southern University; however, it wasn’t until a group trip to Costa Rica for the seeds of romance to be planted. As Seth sat on the beach and strumming his ukulele and singing, Emily gazed toward him. After coming back to the states, the two became inseparable.
On October 3, 2015, Seth and Emily said their I do's in front of family and friends at the Garden on the Coastal Plain in Statesboro. The rain trickled down and guests pulled out umbrellas, but it wouldn't stop the two of them from finishing their vows. The rain may have even made the entire day all the more magical.
The family danced the night away under the pavilion and Seth even capped the night off by serenading Emily on his ukulele. Just the way he first won her heart!", Lyndi and Jason, Photographers
