Romantic Elopement at Harper Fowlkes House

Today's editorial captured by Hilleary Photography took place during the premiere Better Together Savannah workshop. It is a story of two college sweet hearts who traveled from the west coast to Savannah and fell in love. From the stunning architecture, to the live oaks and lovely squares and the innovative food-scene, they knew Savannah was the place they would marry. This is the story of their intimate Savannah elopement, deep in the heart of the garden city.

Taking place at the Harper Fowlkes House, the bride and groom entered separately through the elegant ivy covered iron gate, which led to the perfectly manicured courtyard. The bride looked stunning in her Pronovias gown from Beloved Vendor BleuBelle Bridal and groom dapper in his black tux. The couple shared a romantic first look on the balcony of the top floor, overlooking the Savannah historic district. A private dinner was served in the courtyard set up among the lush, green gardens and antique fountains. Following dinner, the two posed for photographs in front of their ivy covered trellis and later enjoyed a sunset stroll through the oak lined square.

Enjoy!
